Think about this unique class as a Meditation 101 - you will learn what meditation is, how to meditate, tips on best practice, how to be consistent, common myths busted such as 'am I doing it right?' along with an engaging mediation session incorporating a variety of different techniques leaving you feeling confident to meditate going forward. The class will end with a sound bath so please ensure you bring any extra blankets, pillow or support to ensure you are comfortable and cosy! This class is suitable for all levels and ideal for you if you want to bring more mindfulness into your life but are unsure how or where to start.
